No joke one of my favorite things in life is a sleeveless turtleneck. First off, they look incredibly chic. I also really like how you don’t have to commit to layering, yet you look like you have. I’m not a huge fan of layering (I only like how it looks), and this is mostly due to where I live. Walking to the subway, waiting for the subway, and riding on the subway can all be such different temperatures and it can get to be really uncomfortable.

I’m also not the biggest fans of scarves (idk why! I think it’s the minimalist in me; I have so many cute ones that continue to be neglected…), so I like that a turtleneck is just a built-in scarf and good for city-living because outside the wind can really whip through the buildings and streets. Sleeveless turtlenecks are such a great transitional piece but I honestly wear them for almost the entire fall, winter, and spring seasons.

There are so many fantastic ways to style a sleeveless turtleneck, it’s just so versatile! My favorite ways are shown above. Add a little warmth and style to an otherwise typical button-down shirt. Or, my personal favorite, throw a blazer over it! It’s SO chic and your arms are freeeee underneath the blazer sleeves 🙂 Lastly, I love a super-tight tuck into anything – skirts, jeans, trousers, anything!
