These booties featured above are such showstoppers – compliments just pour in when they are on my feet! So naturally… I’ve been loving these lately. These have inspired some of my thoughts on a trend I’ve seen a lot with high-fashion and on the runway, and now it’s finally starting to trickle down to the more affordable shopping vendors – the embellished heel.
We already know that embellishments are huge this season, but this decorated-heel design is a new sprout I’ve noticed only just recently. And I adore it! It’s unexpected, and you can get a little crazy with it since it’s just on the heel and not a huge focal point of an outfit, thus making it extremely wearable as far as embellishments go. I love anything that can be playful and fun in a more subtle, polished way.
