A weekend staple for me lately has been this saddle bag. Saddle bags are a really cute accessory for the fall/winter time since a lot are usually suede or more autumn-esque colors. The shape is really unique, which is why I think it’s so popular (+ it’s a crossbody style so that’s a huge selling point for most).
I love the curved structured bottom silhouette paired with the flap detail. They usually can fit a lot too (roominess sans bulkiness – another great selling point), even the smaller ones. I’d say mine is medium-sized yet I can still fit my massive wallet + a water bottle or my little umbrella (both pretty important for weekends frolicking around the city).
I got this one from Mango last season, which is probably my favorite place to find on-trend and super-affordable bags and shoes. I paired it with a typical, easy, all-black weekend outfit. I added the bandana because I’m trying to be a little more adventurous with accessories these days. I also love a good pom or tassel on a saddle bag; they have a simple enough silhouette to jazz up with keychains/scarves/etc.
