CHOP CHOP! Another successful color + cut session from Spoke & Weal in Soho. I cannot say enough good things about this salon, my colorist Madison (@madisonrae86), and my stylist Liz (@lizcriscione).
Since I can remember, I’ve always had some bad anxiety leading up to and during any salon appointment. I’ve always felt that my hair is something that defines me, and I’ve had my fair share of cuts that let’s just say haven’t suited me or wasn’t what I was looking for at all (as I’m sure we’ve all experienced at least once). A good portion of a stylist/colorist’s is listening and understanding, and so many just don’t! I am so happy to have found a place that not only gets me, but makes me feel so comfortable. The salon is in a fantastic Soho location (great for shooting afterwards!) and the staff is excellent. So professional and know their stuff. Locks need an update? Book an appointment – you won’t regret it!
It’s fun to get a drastic chop right when the season changes, because you can style all your old fall clothes with your new ‘do and it just makes it a little more fun! Sharing my go-to uniform for a casual fall look below.
