Lately I’ve really been loving fun pretty tech! It’s exciting having the newest technology, but also so much better when it’s an accessory in and of itself, and customizable is even better! I can’t tell you how many comments I get on this beautiful watch everyday – and people are so surprised when they realize it’s a smart watch! It’s the thinnest, lightest-weight, and (in my opinion) the most beautiful smart watch on the market.
During the hype of the Apple Watch, I found myself wanting to jump on that wagon, but just absolutely hated the look of it. I did quite a bit of research and found the brand Pebble, which was actually the first company to make a smart watch (you just didn’t hear about because it was bulky, had a black and white screen, and had only buttons – no touchscreen). But after a couple years, they’ve created a nice array of watches that appeal to a number of audiences.
The one I have is the Pebble Time Round in Rose Gold. I have both a rose gold mesh band (the mesh has been super trendy lately) and a white leather band for it, you can fairly easily switch them out. Basically it tracks sleep and steps, has weather updates, music capabilities (adjust volume, change song, pause , play, etc.), can set alarms, send basic texts, and any notifications you receive to your phone you can receive to your watch (so read e-mail, texts, and any other various app notifications that you choose).
Some might see it as a downside, but I actually love that it doesn’t have a touchscreen. It has one button on the right, and two on the left. It takes a little time to remember which ones to press, but once you have it down the user experience is pretty much seamless. Plus, since it isn’t touchscreen, the face can be a bit smaller and daintier. It’s honestly the perfect smart watch for either a) a woman who wants something she can wear everyday and still look chic or b) anyone who wants just a basic, more budget-friendly watch that doesn’t need a touchscreen.
Also, unlike most smartwatches, it has two types of screens : an always-on sort-of e-paper display and a backlit screen. And I love the different options for the home screen. Currently I have one with the current weather on the left and the date on the right.
Overall, I highly recommend this wearable tech. It keeps me connected without having to look at my phone all the time, and its just a beautiful piece of jewelry that I love to wear everyday!

I always notice on my commute if someone has nice-looking headphones or earbuds. If it’s something you wear almost everyday, multiple times a day, why shouldn’t it be fab? I’ve especially been loving the (surprise, surprise) rose gold options for these. I personally own these Caeden earbuds and they are just so so pretty! And I love that they can’t really get tangled because the cord is like a rope texture.
For headphones, I have been obsessing over the options the brand Frends has. They are stunning! And interchangeable which I love. I really want cordless headphones, which is why I haven’t bought these. But if you don’t mind the cord, definitely check these out. I swear they are the prettiest on the market!
I realize this is sort of a strange item to include but just look at the pure beauty of this toothbrush!! I’ve had plans to order this for a while, but accidentally keep buying a regular toothbrush at the store everytime I need a new one. Probably after writing this, I’ll just order it. It’s so pretty, I need it in my bathroom. And I ADORE the suction cup holder/travel cover it comes with (the third row in the pic below). It’s so clean and modern looking. And have I even mentioned this comes in some seriously beautiful iPhone-esque metallic colors?! These are silver, slate, copper (!!), and gold.
Anyway besides the beauty of this, the idea behind this tech is actually pretty neat. Basically it’s a subscription service (or you can just buy the brush if you want). And they ship you a new head (and toothpaste if you want) and AAA battery (no charging) every 3 months – which is when you are supposed to change your brush. It has only one vibration guide that they say is the best way to brush (2 min timer with 30 second intervals).
I’m obsessed. I’ve seen articles online where it’s being called the “Tesla” of toothbrushes. It’s stunning and simple, which is all ya need! Sets start at $25.
