The design on this is so chic (it’s a collab with Garance Doré, who you’ll probably most recognize from this book). But the best part about this gift is that it PROVIDES 25 SCHOOL MEALS, which is just plain awesome already, BUT also a really fun fact that your giftee is going to love to hear about when they open it!

2. Engraved Office Nameplate, $33

One of my favorite gifts of all time (I’ve now given one to myself, my boss, and my mom!). It’s just such a unique gift and is a super cool addition to any desk, at a place of work or in a home office. Plus, they have so many different options, shop them all on their website here.

3. Italian Leather Card Case, $39.50

Most of my coworkers use one of these because you need a keycard to get in and out of our office building, and to get to other floors – and no one wants to lug around a big wallet.

This is super chic way to carry a couple cards, ID, and whatever else she might need. It’s also fantastic for going in little clutches or mini bags for a night out.

4. Key Tag, $8

This is just adorable! Its easier to find in your purse since its a nice size for a keychain, plus it’s flat which is nice for sticking into pockets and flatter pockets of handbags, etc (I always hated the bulge my pom-pom keychain created when it was in the side pocket of my workbag tote). I have this adorable snack club one (mostly for my love of pretzels), but I love the one I linked above for a fellow girlboss, it’s nice to have a little girl-power on the keys! 5. Summer Fridays Overtime Mask, $44

So first off, this is a clean beauty product which is GREAT because that means it’s formulated without any of those controversial ingredients! This mask is highly rated (I’m dying to try it myself). This masks helps to clarify by polishing away dead skin cells to create a luminous effect.

6. Rose Quartz Crystal Facial Roller, $23.80

These are all-the-rage these days and I personally love mine (I have a jade one, but I think the rose quartz is better and therefore a nicer gift, plus that pretty pink color 👌). These are great for maintaining healthy blood circulation, boosting collagen production, reducing puffiness and wrinkles, improving elasticity of the skin, and helping promote lymphatic drainage. It also helps to reduce undereye dark circles and can eliminate toxins and tighten pores.

This is a fantastic gift for someone who works hard, because it’s basically a face message you can give yourself!

7. Desk Calendar, $20

Desk calendars are not only super pretty but also super useful! Having even just this one thing not be digital can be a really nice breath of fresh air, because technology can be mad annoying and sometimes you just want to easily know if the 12th is a Tuesday – ya know?! I had a Kate Spade one very similar to this one for 2017 and LOVED how chic it looked! I also absolutely adore the desk calendars from the watercolor artist Inslee Farris (but hers sell out hella fast) and from Sweet Caroline Designs. 8. Planner, $28

There are some really fantastic planner designs out there these days, but I think Ban.do probably makes the most fun and unique designs, if that’s what you’re looking for. I also love Rifle Paper Co.‘s, they have more pretty and feminine designs.

9. Statement Hoops, $36

Every girlboss needs a pair of statement-making earrings in their life! And these gold and tortoise hoops are a super cool and classy option.

10. Sonix Portable Charger, $30

It’s the cutest portable charger out there! But I love this for many other reasons: 1) it’s slim so it fits in a lot of little bags, even clutches; 2) it’s super lightweight; and 3) the cord that charges the phone is attached to the charger (one less cord to lose) and tucks away into the body of the charger (doesn’t get tangled in my purse).

Plus, there are tons of designs to choose from so you’re sure to find one that perfectly fits your giftee!

11. NARS Manic Velvet Matte Lip Pencil Set, $45

First off, this is an EXCELLENT value – you get 4 full-size, high-quality matte lip pencils in an adorable pouch for under $50 (it’s valued at $108 btw), what a steal! The two lighter colors in this set are really great for daytime everyday and in the office, and the two darker ones are perfect for taking a look for day to night. The chic, matte finish screams badass babe and the long-lasting wear is perfect for anyone with a busy schedule.

These would also make really great individual gifts if you split the set up to give to a bunch of coworkers.

12. Luggage Tag, $10

If your girlboss giftee is a traveler, a cute luggage tag is the perfect little gift! These are also great to give to multiple coworkers if you frequently travel for work. They give a little oomph to your (probably) otherwise boring suitcase and it also makes it a lot easier for you to recognize your suitcase at baggage claim, etc.

This is a really great, quick, inspiring read for anyone who wants to learn how to “create & cultivate the career of your dreams.” The author is Jaclyn Johnson, the founder and CEO behind Create & Cultivate, the fastest growing online platform and conference for millennial women in business.
