Another busy week is finally coming to a close! I apologize for this being the only post this week – I just can’t do it all! Most of my time this week was spent working on the next Blogger Closet Sale that I am planning for this spring. In the past, the event planning has been more of a group effort amongst bloggers, but quite honestly the sale hasn’t been too successful and frankly I just had a lot of ideas to elevate the event and am really determined to scale it much larger.
This week I was touring potential venues and getting the word about blogger applications so we can fill up all our spots and get it officially goin’! Unclear why I feel the need to take this on, but I just feel really passionate about making it successful!!
2019 is going to be more about balance for me (which clearly I’m still not really succeeding at that just yet) but unfortunately the blog had to take a hit this week. But at least I’m getting this End of Week Edit up, right?! And from my 2019 Reader Survey (fill it out here for a chance to win a Nordstrom Gift Card), I know you guys love these 🙂
…and now on to what I’ve been loving lately in this End of Week Edit:
1. oversized and/or embellished hair clips + barrettes
This NYFW it seemed like everyone and their mother had this (completely unaffordable) Gucci hair clip. Obviously I’m not suggesting getting this one (I’m just LOLing at the thought of me actually suggesting this as a potential option – plz don’t waste your money on this haha, plus I think it’s backordered now anyway), but I do really like this trend!
It’s super easy and doesn’t really require any skill, and looks incredibly effortlessly chic. I just picked up this set from Amazon for only $10 but have yet to wear them…. waiting for the right day I guess, maybe next Monday? And I JUST ordered these from Asos. 2. fresh’s sugar tinted lip balm
This stuff is dope, lately I really haven’t been able to stop talking about it. It’s tinted, comes in like 14 shades, is actually moisturizing, lasts a good while, looks really pretty, and has SPF 15! It’s basically the best… I keep one at my desk and one in my purse. My favorite shade is Rosé.

3. oversized, slightly-cropped cardigans
Cardigans are back people! The cutest way (in my opinion) is to wear them as a shirt – buttoned completely up, with nothing/just a bra underneath, tucked into jeans.
