Custom gifts are especially great for the holidays because they are so much more thoughtful and feel so special. I’m sharing 5 favorite customized gifts to shop from so this season you can give gifts that have that little extra touch.
1. Custom Jewelry
This jewelry brand that created my ring is super unique because they make their jewelry by… wait for it… 3-D PRINTING! Yah pretty cool! I love my signet ring from them, it’s super nice quality and love the personal touch of my initials on it.
Signet rings are très trendy right now so if your giftee is a cool gal, she is sure to love one of these! I also really like Mejuri’s collection of zodiac sign signet rings and necklaces; and they also have some other great simple jewelry options that can be personalized, shop those here (my favorite is this bracelet).
2. Custom Desk Calendar
This is a fantastic gift for literally anyone who sits at a desk most of the day. Since I graduated into real adult life, I’ve had a little desk calendar for my desk at work and I LOVE it. First off, they make so many cute and/or chic ones these days that can really upgrade your desk game. But they’re also just really helpful. Sometimes technology is frustrating and this is a non-technological way to know if the 15th is a Wednesday or Thursday. Plus, it’s always a fun time to flip it to the next month on the 1st – my coworkers look forward to it, too!
So a custom calendar with photos of your family or whatever is a such a useful and thoughtful gift! Give it to grandparents, friends, husbands, siblings/children going off to college. I love this specific custom desk calendar because the 3 graphic design options and the gold stand are all clean and chicly understated, this will match anyone’s desk aesthetic.
3. Custom Stationary
Shop Designs Above: Top Left | Top Middle | Top Right | Bottom Left | Bottom Middle | Bottom Right
A very practical but also super thoughtful gift. There’s tons of designs to choose from all over the internet! My favorites are from Minted (where the designs above are from). And my other favorite paper site is Paper Source if you want to look through theirs, too. This is a great gift for high school/college students or anyone young adult/young professional.
4. Anything from The Daily Edited
They make the COOLEST leather goods, and excellent quality! This is definitely a higher price point gift but they also make some smaller leather goods in the $50-$80 range that are super cool. I secretly really want this memo cube for my desk and am actually surprised I don’t have one of their phone cases yet (I’ve been wanting one since like March…). Get your giftee’s initials on it and they’re sure to love it (it’s actually scientific that they’ll like it better/more if it has their name/initials on it!).
5. Location Art
People (usually) love where they live and are proud! It’s no question that state/city art is popular these days and I just found the cutest prints on Etsy – just added this NY one above to my cart… And if you don’t love these, Etsy is SURE to have one you do/ or one you think your giftee will love. I also love these watercolor ones!
Happy custom gifting!
P.S. I’m sharing this guide so early because these gifts take time to create! Make sure you order with plenty of it before you want to give it to them 🙂
