1. this hot Korean beauty brand, Too Cool for School
A good chunk of the latest beauty technologies and advancements have been coming out of Korea, so it didn’t surprise me when I saw Too Cool for School pop up in Sephora a few months ago (it was their Dinoplatz packaging that caught my eye). I had always wanted to try their Elevator Mascara but they were usually sold out at Sephora, but luckily they invited me to their first store opening in the US in NYC and I got to go and pick up a good number of items at their flagship, including the mascara (+ one for my followers too, giveaway details covered soon).
The mascara is AMAZING! Only complaint is that it’s kind of hard to get off, but I really don’t care too much because all my mascaras before wouldn’t last very long, this stuff lasts all day. I also tried their egg cream hydration mask (it smelled like fresh coconut heaven) and will be trying out their Pumpkin 24k Gold Mask this weekend. I also have a really beautiful Dinoplatz eyeliner from them that I love!
I highly recommend trying out the brand if you’re really into the latest skincare stuff, Korean beauty is all the rage and Too Cool for School seems to have a good handle on the American market right now. I’m also doing a giveaway for my email subscribers right now of an array of Too Cool for School products – includes all of the below + some deluxe samples as well. 2. pink + hot red
I’ve just been obsessing over this color combo lately. I can’t wait to wear it more this spring. It’s more bold than I usually go, but if done right it’s so striking and beautiful.
3. this video
You’ve probably seen it before, it was viral a few years ago. I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately and I just adore it. It’s so cute and such a good reminder that there is so much to be thankful for. We all might just have more positive days if we do something similar to Jessica’s routine when we start our mornings… really need to be better about this instead of grouching at barely missing the C train every morning…
